How to use this
๐Ÿ“‹ Tip: Work one column at a time โ€” it's easier! Fill in every row of a column before moving to the next one.
1
Add your areas of life. Click any area below to add it. Don't see one that fits? Type it in the box and click + Add area.
2
Describe where you are now. Go through the entire "Current Status" column first. For each area, start by writing how you feel about it. Then add a sentence or two about how things are actually going. Be honest โ€” this is just for you.
3
Enter how much time you spend there now. Go through the entire "Current Time %" column next. For each area, think about how many hours per week you spend there, then use this formula:

Hours per week รท 168 ร— 100 = %

Example: I sleep 7 hours a night ร— 7 days = 49 hours per week.
49 รท 168 ร— 100 = 29%

Pull out a calculator โ€” and don't stress. Round up or down. This does not have to be perfect! All your percentages together should add up to 100%.
4
Set your timeframe. Click the number in the goal column header and type how many years out you want to plan. There's no right answer โ€” pick what feels meaningful to you.
5
Envision your life in that area. Go through the entire goal column. For each area, don't just write what you want โ€” close your eyes and picture it. What does your life actually look like in this area by then? What does a regular day feel like? Write from that vision.
6
Estimate how much time you'll need. Finally, go through the entire "Future Time %" column. To reach that vision, how much of your week will each area need? Use the same formula from Step 3. This column should also add up to 100%.
