"By the time most capable people are ready to seek help, they are no longer in prevention mode. They are in crisis management."

Why Alignment Exists

A man sitting on a black sofa, wearing glasses, a brown turtleneck, a black cardigan, and tan pants, with a wooden wall and a large plant nearby
    • I didn’t create Alignment in a lab or a textbook. I built it from a pattern I kept seeing—across the military, forensic settings, and high-performing professionals.

    • People who looked successful on the outside were quietly breaking down on the inside. Not because they were weak. Not because they were mentally ill. But because the way they were living, working, and thinking wasn’t aligned.

    • Traditional psychiatry is designed to respond to crisis. But most high performers don’t present in crisis—they compensate, adapt, and push through… until something gives.

    • That creates a gap. People can be outwardly functional, highly capable, and still be operating in ways that quietly work against them.

    • Alignment is built for that gap. The Alignment Score measures how your past, present, and future are working together—or pulling against each other—before it becomes a problem.

    • The goal isn’t to recover from burnout. The goal is to never need to.

The world asks
"What's wrong with you?"
Alignment asks
"Where's the wound from?"
